Guest Policy Updated October 2017

Non Physician Guests (ex: AP/NP/SW/Pharmacy/PhD)

• Must be sponsored by an active paid member
• Non physician guests limited to 1 meeting per year
• Non physician guests: Full price required for non sponsored meetings, half price for sponsored meetings
• Sponsors or attendees must pay for guest meal

Physicians that are not psychiatrists

• Must have sponsoring member-no limit on meetings they can attend as a guest
• May attend all meetings as a guest to any current member
• Full price required for non sponsored meetings
• Half price for sponsored meetings
• Sponsors or attendees must pay for guest meal

Non member psychiatrists

• May come as a guest once per lifetime
• Full price payment required for all meetings after first meeting if choosing to not join APS
